I juggle two careers, working part-time as a TV producer and part-time as a pscyhotherapist. Totally different, but complementary. In TV I work exclusively in comedy on shows I co-created, namely Mock The Week and Whose Line Is It Anyway? My therapy work, on the other hand, is obviously serious and thoughtful.

Outside of work, Ben moonlights as a musician in an acclaimed band that has received airplay on BBC radio and has also seen him perform at several festivals including Glastonbury and Secret Garden Party.

Richard has traveled extensively – usually on sailing or mountaineering trips. He has undertaken a number of fundraising expeditions for cancer charities, including skippering a yacht in the 2003 Fastnet Race, competing in the 2005 Transatlantic Rowing Race, cycling the route of Tour de France in 2009 and sailing solo across the Atlantic along the Tropic of Cancer in a 21ft yacht in 2013.
Richard lives in Hampshire with his wife and two children.

Kitt is a crowd-pleasing DJ playing timeless house, deep disco & Balearic love songs. Having played as far afield as China, travelled all around Europe for private bookings & rocked clubs as illustrious as Space, Ibiza this one chap that knows what he is doing.

Ripping pages out of free magazines, the book shop at Whitechapel gallery (& the gallery itself) & from whatever portal Exmouth cafe’s coffee opens up.

Brideshead Revisited. Not just my favourite book but my favourite thing of all time. I was into it I couldn’t move. I was on a beach & got bad heatstroke. I was so badly burnt that at one point I had to Google whether or not I was going to die.

Where do you find inspiration:
Once a month I go to a new country for 48-72 hours. It started as an accident but now I do it on purpose. It forces me to approach travel and time economically. Make it count. Forces me to methodically get lost and inspires brilliant disasters yielding amazing friendships and hilarious stories. People inspire me. Surround yourself with great story tellers, and people that obsess over things others ignore.
